Since our start in 2001, Ray’s Construction and Development, Inc has strived to provide Central Florida residents high-quality, reliable service. Our mission is to not only get your home in the best condition possible but to also make sure we exceed your expectations.
Ray Sedaghat personally oversees each project to ensure your standards, as well as his, are met.
We earned our General Contractor’s license in 2001, State Roofing license in 2007, and State Mobile Home license in 2008.
The Owner
Ray Sedaghat is a UCF Engineering graduate. He has over 25 years of construction experience with well-known firms in Central Florida. Ray started Ray’s Construction and Development in October 2001.
After seeing the devastation caused by hurricanes, Ray felt a desire to help Floridians rebuild and keep their homes protected from future storms.
